Julio is the Head of Integrated Production and Director of Operations at PLURAL*, an integrated creative production hub part of Publicis Groupe. He has over a decade of experience leading global live-action and post-production teams, building studio infrastructures, and driving efficiency through innovative and traditional workflows.  

 

Julio guides creative direction across broadcast,  social, digital, print, design, and production teams, while also advancing AI-driven solutions like vubbing through partnerships with Flawless and Deep Editor. Known for scaling global teams and delivering high-profile campaigns, he combines strategic leadership with creative vision to push the boundaries of content production.
