Julio Pedroza is Head of Integrated Production and Director of Operations at Plural, a studio within Publicis Groupe.
Over the past decade, he has built three production organizations from the ground up, designing the teams, operating models, and production systems that help ambitious creative work get made.
Today, he leads integrated production across live action, photography, social, digital, print, OOH, broadcast, and AI-supported workflows, overseeing strategy, operations, P&L, and multidisciplinary teams from the first creative conversation through final delivery.
He has led work for Amazon, Verizon, Walmart, BMW, Porsche, Coca-Cola, Bath & Body Works, OREO, and AutoZone, building production environments where creative ideas can scale without losing quality.
